It seems everyone is saying that they have the right formula, habit, or newest update on...fill in the blank.
It’s disturbing actually….
However, you can feel the excitement, or fear, as you promise to do this, or that, right?
You may get caught in making goals out of FOMO, but three days into the new goal you miss a day or two, and stop altogether.
Why is that?
- Fear of failure
- Lack of real commitment and motivation
- Allowing naysayers to reject or doubt the goal
- Not following your intuition to guide your path directly where you know you need to go and do what you know you need to do.
- Having too many goals in place without real direction
Actually...I believe it is the above and the need for more confidence.
Let that settle in a bit.
You’ll actually never be free until you master your own mind. It’s not that you’re broken, you simply have patterns that no longer serve you, and are not consistent in forgiving yourself/others, or remembering that divinely, you are designed and destined to overcome.
You simply need to believe, go to work, and change this for yourself.
Here's what I recommend: Take inventory each Sunday of what’s ahead, what your constraints are, and where you may have fear popping in to say “you can't do this!”. After you take inventory on Sunday, take an hour on Monday for a Power Hour that can be focused and vibrant!
That one hour will allow you to write the notes you want to mail, prepare yourself mentally, and prepare your schedule for simple successes in the week or month ahead.
But working on your mind is a little bit more intensive. This needs training everyday, making it integral to your daily routine. A routine that hums, and keeps your head straight.
You also need something to turn to and distract your mind hour by hour so you master self and overcome weak points that you have developed for safety, but can threaten your confidence.
For some people it’s tapping (using EMDR) through emotions. For others, it’s NeuroTools. Others may rely on journaling. And for even more, it's meditation, and yet for others it’s prayer. For me, it’s a combination of all the above. One hour to set the stage, alone, by myself. I don’t always tap, but, it’s a tool I do rely on. Sometimes journaling is at night. It depends on what goes on for me that day.
What really makes this process sing, to create unshakable confidence, with the grit to do anything, is to create a vision board you look at as you go through your routine. This acts like an anchor. Each time you see your vision board, it reminds you of where you are, what you want, and how to get it.
This is the recipe for daily success that keeps you focused day after day, week after week, through for 365 days of the year.
This is the formula for achieving pure success with impeccable confidence, because you know what you need to do, when you need to do it, and you ask questions when you need support.
This isn't something new here, it's just a reminder for you to know that you already know what to do, you just need to do it.
In order to change your home and your circumstances, you have to refine you and master you.
Your confidence will light your way, so keep your head up as you master your mind by creating a routine that duplicates success for you 💫
I hope you spread peace, love and prosperity everywhere you go. Get started by creating your vision board and be sure to share it with me!
